The ground floor of the south barn is a massive open plan area. There are big comfortable sofas and a long reception table, seating over 30, perfect for communal breakfasts or dining in the cooler months. The kitchen is well equipped for big groups with a large stove, two dishwashers,  two  American fridges and two sinks.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one is a dorm style bedroom, with 5 single beds, while the other is a pretty double bedroom, overlooking the Mediterranean garden both are ensuite.

On the lower ground, accessed down stone steps there is a beautiful double bedroom with a high domed ceiling and a door leading out onto the Meditaranean garden, this too has an ensuite.
